The above company as we all know are dead beats.

Just to inform you that if they owe you money, go after them now. They have received funds from a court case and are sending out postdated cheque's to some of the carriers. If they owe your company now is the chance to collect.

Because they owed us money and we had to wait til they got their money from the courts. I have the cheque in our hand now and that is how I know they got paid. Beside I had a collection agency collect for me and they receive documents from their lawyer in regards to this.
