Has anyone had any prior good experience with this Broker? we have have nothing but cheap freight, lots of backcharges, rude and degrading staff with zero respect. Dispatchers seem to think they can bully you into anything. We will be opting out of using them, freight is not worth it.

Apparently seeking payment on invoices over 60 days has you removed from their vendor list. We have yet to receive our first payment from them.....and we have incurred more back charges, late fees, storage, and penalties for being late from receivers, we cannot sustain an account at a loss. Let me know if anyone else has this experience, we prefer to let go of bad business, do not expect to make a profit.
