anybody have trouble collecting from clover systems.. I have one invoice outstanding that is 80 days old and they sent me a post dated cheque for Aug 22

Their credit rating says it all 79days past due 4 neg. occurences D&B is similar, I would personally ask for certified check.

Had one load with them - over 90 days and after nasty calls then mailed payment - post dated also. Never dealt with again. They are a home based "2 man" operation...not worth the hassle and would advise others to stay away...

Moved there freight regular for them then stopped too much waiting time not worth it then got like 2 claims from them when there was nothing marked on BOL/POD and it was internal damage, they ended up paying us for outstanding but will not do any business for them again.

Search past forums on them - nothing positive to report - did 1 load and chased them for payment. Took 80 days.

They had financial problems in 2008 and from past remarks are no better.
