Looking for any information regarding this Company - 55 Rutherford Road, Unit 203, Brampton, ON

Have an outstanding March invoice and no phone calls are being returned.

They used to work out of a house in Brampton - my records show 53 Coronation Circle. They are basically just another broker but go after cars. You'll see their ads in Auto Trader, Kijiji etc offering to transport cars. We dealt with them twice, they paid both COD (not even a cheque but an envelope with cash) since that's how they were charging the customer. We did not pursue additional work with them. Just got the feeling we would quit while we were ahead.
 
I'm thinking that the owners name is Dave Johnson, but I could be off on the last name. Dave is definity correct on the first name though.
 
We used to do a lot of loads for them... stopped now, because payment kept getting slower and slower.
Be careful.

Hi all,

I need your help. I need to take Dave Johnston of City 2 City to small claims court. I am seeking people that have not been paid on their outstanding invoices. I have a better chance of suing if I go after the owner directly than going after the business name. But in order for me to do so I need another person to demostrate that Dave does not pay carriers for services rendered.

We have still not been paid by this Company. Making the phone calls and not being able to speak with Dave.

Still at 55 Rutherford Rd. Not there today when I was. Neighbour says they come and go. Landlord says the same. Landlord also says they are still paying their rent. No time today to stalk them.
 
We were one of the first carriers to haul for them when they first started out. They were doing well, but then the money got to their head and they started spending it like it was nothing (new cars, bigger home yadda yadda yadda) I think we've received everything they owed us. But best of luck to anyone looking for payment.

Did you have any success with this? I have not been paid since last year for load I did for them. Do you have a phone number for Dave?
