Postponenmet
I could not beleive it , neither could the prosecuting attorney, nor the investigating officer.
The case has been postponed for the last time to either April 12,13th, 14th or 15th.
The time has yet to be set, that will coincide with Mr. Yaun's Lawyer.
I spent the morning there, it took the court some time to verify that Mr. Yaun was represented by the lawyer he claimed and that said lawyer was indeed sick with the flu.
I wonder if this case has set any records for postponements , there are over 30 from what I have been told.
The word is that if Mr Yaun is not represented at the next court session, he will be expected to handle his own defence.
I gave the SQ's investigating officer printed copies of the substantial information that has been put out on both this Forum and the Canadian Trucking Watchdog.
The officer was very interested in what he had read and I will be forwarding him the site information later this week. Any pertinent information will then be handed over to various specialized police squads that may be able to use the information.
