Has anyone dealt with Chargo Fast Cargo in the last year?? We have an invoice from May 2022 that remains unpaid. They don't answer their phones and you can't leave a message. I did get ahold of Bev by email and she claims their computers were hacked and are trying to piece things together. No concrete answer on when we will get paid.

having the same issue. June 2026 on invoice emailed to them in February

I got paid after almost a year now. They had posted a load so got it picked and had to tell them to pay me my old money first and then I can deliver the load we had in the yard for them.

Got paid for 2nd load right away as well as we had told them delivery wont happen till we get the etransfer for everything.

Just an FYI i had been to there office before as well and was showed the door with the accounting lady telling me I can do what I think is the best.

So i did what was best.

Sometimes there is no other choice left for carriers . Broker bond companies are not a lot of help as well nowadays along with shippers and recivers .
