They have not paid our invoices for over 6 Months now . If someone knows the right contact please let me know to get it recovered.

I would suggest to not do any work with them as Broker/Carrier like them deserve to go out of business.

I found their office went there and was told nothing can be done for my invoices.

Stay away from them.

Thread 'Chargo Fast Cargo'

Has anyone dealt with Chargo Fast Cargo in the last year?? We have an invoice from May 2022 that remains unpaid. They don't answer their phones and you can't leave a message. I did get ahold of Bev by email and she claims their computers were hacked and are trying to piece things together. No concrete answer on when we will get paid.

Unlike wines and and some cheeses, unpaid invoices do not get better with age. Either get onto the shipper/receiver, or both, whose names appear on the Bills of Lading for these unpaid invoices and demand payment, or reach out to an experienced transportation paralegal for help. Regardless if the broker you received these loads from has disappeared or not, parties who benefitted from this transport are still responsible to pay the party who performed that transport....you. Don't hesitate or waste any more time. An excellent paralegal is Scam Chaser, who you can find on this site.
