I agree whatiship, if you agree to the rate don't complain about it later, it is not the brokers job to know that you are losing money.

I've always worked off the law of averages if the customer is a regular customer who gives me a commitment over time. So as long as I can see margin normalized over a period of time, I'm OK with it. And it's definitely happened that there has been $1000 spread in payout on the same load ... but believe me, it doesn't mean that we were making $1000 additional profit.
