How is Charger to work with? From what I can tell they're a first class operation, but I've never had any dealings with them.. Any insight would be appreciated.

seem to have growing pains this year as never had issues before two below
Had one service failure TX To MTL missed for two days then promised to deliver it at 7am but they put truck on another delivery instead ours delivered at 11am
Had another bad one a tridem load ON to MB given back to us at 4pm on a Friday because the truck broke down, when we asked can they do Monday or don't they have another truck they seem to have large fleet....email went unanswered.

They are ok in service, but just my sixth sense says when they are not replying you on your email updates prior to picking up then something is going on. either they cannot pick up or want to change the pickup time. But its always better to make the call and find out. happened three times
