I have two small invoices that are past due, which is unlike them, in past they have been paid at 30 days with zero exception. Have not yet received payment status.

that's what I'm hearing as well, didn't seem to be an issue collecting from them, but seeing as factoring companies are on top of these things I'd be very cautious. Also it doesn't seem to be money problems but some sort of investigation that's holding them back. Either way where there is smoke.....

I know they had some issues with billing late last year, mix ups between their US and Canada payables department or something. Wonder if that was the hiccup. Had a few invoices that took awhile to get sorted but all went well in the end and they were helpful to get it fixed.

Charger uses a custom portal for their invoices and makes carriers use that for all purposes. Very picky about some POD/ppwk and process so that might be the reason some invoices get old (while others get paid on time)

could very well be, but i know the factoring companies been working with them for awhile now. I'm sure they know the process. To me its odd that they were on hold, then off and now back on hold again in a span of a few days.

Don't care how big the company is now a days you cannot take the chance.
