Champion Truckline Brampton - Horrible

we hired these guys for an LTL shipment, were told truck was stuck at the border with another shipment, for a whole day? and they were just too calm about it. The next day our freight wouldn't deliver still he was stuck at the receiver prior to us, a whole day? again...and Champion is so casual about this? ..... at this point it is suspicious, we check with the customs broker, shipment didn't cross yet. for 2 days were fed lies, who the drivers were..... how upset they were...., etc. etc. and it was on their dock the whole time. Rinku was the dispatcher was well as Mohammed but frankly the whole office fed us these lies, and they all knew.

We ended up sending our freight exclusive from their dock to destination, as the client found out. NEVER AGAIN!! on our DNU forever and there will be no second chances, unless someone from a country that doesn't count on lying as their manly-hood will take over.
Rotten service, do not give them your freight!

Called and booked loads with me a couple times just to cancel an hour later.

They book the load, then never answer their phone. Will never even inform you that they cannot pick up the load.
Never suggest anyone to use this company.

I had a half-load recently that nobody else was interested in. Despite comments on this board I took a chance...and they did a great job.

I'm not disputing the comments below...maybe I just got lucky?...or maybe they've cleaned up their act in the past 6 months? Regardless I was pleasantly surprised so thought I'd share

We hook up on average 4-5 times a month. Never cancelled on us in 2016 and only once in 2015.

Ok carrier as far as I'm concerned.

They are great until there is an issue, then its story after story, no call backs, brken promises....

I would say a great 5th choice back-up, but if there is another option - use it ! Not worth the stress of chasing several people for hrs
