Only one load, six months ago

Received cheque in the mail exactly 60 days from invoice date.

I just heard a story about them yesterday from a friend (carrier in Manitoba). Said they are a fraudulent company and don't pay. Pay scale index on Link shows 45 on DB.

Report them to Link for sure. If they are not paying we need to get them cut off the Link to save more people harm.

This company factors through JD Factors - just so you know where the funds they do collect are going...

I can tell by their only outstanding invoice (for a small amount).

Not sure if this information will help anyone, I hope it does!

Take forever to pay

They take forever to pay we did a load in July and got a cheque in January. Kept hearing we did not get invoices ( they were faxed, emailed and mailed numerous times)

Real pain in the A_ _ when it comes time for payment. Last payment was in Nov/11 at 113 days and shortpaid without a reason.
