Does anyone else have Lanse looking for your loads? It was an easy pass as his CVOR was not active last week when he was looking at our loads.

I posted a truck, and then Lance was all over me to try to sell me a load.

Funny how the company name is 'Freightways' but this is clearly a broker. The address is an office building at 7-Leslie ... not exactly an area with trucking yards.

I didn't believe anything he told me

100% Double Brokering loads. We gave them a load and it was picked up and delivered on time with good communication. The actual delivering carrier was trying to obtain QP from Case Freightways and they went dark on them. Our name was on the BOL, so they were able to track us down. Once we are 100% completed our investigation, we will pay the delivering carrier directly.

Wanted to share to hopefully save both carriers and brokers from getting caught up in their scheme.
