Carriers in Quebec City

I have a new client that I'm bring on board, but I'm having trouble finding Quebec based carriers that service the north east.

Currently I use ULC, MTY Express and VTL Express. Are there any more reliable truckload carriers out there for the north east from Quebec city? I know some Montreal guys will pickup from there, but their rates are always higher.

All depend what it is? LTL, FTL, intra quebec? Western canada, US? flat bed? Dry box? Reefer?
 
Not the easiest lanes, MA and NJ has next to none return.
The 3 carriers mentioned on your original post are good for those lanes and probably your best bet.
Transport Allan Vachon does too.
I'm not quite sure, but I think Transport Mica runs into the US now and they are in Quebec city.
 
CMW in ste marie and also LFL in Vallée Jonction. A lot of carriers do not go to NJ since they decided to reboot certain tax laws and seized about 30 trucks last December. Transport Allan Vachon does not go to NJ, MA but might consider going to PA if the price is right. (Guess where I work ;) ). The big problem is, there is NO return freight on the eastern seaboard. It's like Quebec Canada is closed and not buying anything, anywhere. Freight back to Quebec City is almost non existent
 
Thanks guys. I'll make sure to check them when the main carriers don't have capacity.

Does anyone have any service experience with MTY Express? Youngtea do you still use them?

Used them a lot in the past. If I remember correctly, contact was Mathew over there but been years so I might be wrong. Never had a problem with their service.
