They are capable of the best as much as the worst. Have had some good service from them, and then on other times i got the run around. They seem a little lost at times.

Unless you are stuck, pick somebody else.

Got "stung" by them....Friday pick - called me now (Friday) to give back shipment.

Now on my DNU list....I checked the worldly Dispatchers 101 excuse book - found it under item # 943....

Gave them another chance yesterday - been some years I dealt with them so I thought maybe it was worth giving them another chance. Worst idea ever. Still as shady as they were, false tracing and then no answer by email or phone. Done.
