HELLO EVERYONE, DOES ANYONE HAVE PROBLEMS COLLECTING FROM JUDY AT CARRIER 1 IN MISSISSAUGA, ON OR ARE THEY PAYING ON TIME ?? MY INVOICES ARE OVER 80 DAYS AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND ?? PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE IS HAVING AN EASY OR HARD TIME THANKS A LOT.

We have them on COD, tired of waiting for our money and calling Judy all the time.
 
I have no problem getting paid, I call you a couple of times and the cheque is in the mail right away. So I guess it is all leads up to how you talk to them whether you get paid or not. I do talk nice to the person who answers the phone and be really friendly and then I get Judy unless she is in a meeting. I never leave a message for her cause yes she does not call back. Hope this will help you in your collections
 
I would agree i had a few bills late Judy paid right away and didnt put up any fight or arguements not sure whats going on now through this was from a few months ago.
 
Carrier One and Logistics Services are the SAME company. Both are horrible to deal with - average 90+ days to get any payments. Cut them off end of last year. Tired of chasing and calling Judy - never returned calls. Told her a rep from our office was coming over to find out why we could not get paid. She called back later that day that a cheque was ready and paid everything in full. Threaten to show up - I don't think they want people making "visits"....
