DO NOT USE !!!! Only took 5 month of chasing these people down to get paid. They dont even have an office. Their office is a PO Box. They will promise you payment then only send you part of the amount. They say they cant pay because they have their own payroll to deal with first. They will also send a cheque but then put a stop payment on it. Will NEVER use again and advise others to stay away from these people

Question,if they part pay for work you did and use other portion for payroll, as a load broker paying a truck for work should come from money held in a trust account? Using part of your money for payroll, (their own expences from trust account) would be fraud. Report them to the authorities.

I have Cargolocity flagged in our system as DNU - formally "MCS Group" or "MCS Global" a quick search on also shows them as affiliated with Worldwide Global Logistics in Mississauga... All deserve priority on your DNU list.

Truckfinder...no sense reporting them to the 'authorities'. When MacKinnon screwed everybody, the answer I got back from my MPP was that the MTO is interested more in using their assets for "safety" enforcement than administrative, and since it falls under the Highway traffic act...nobody cares. I don;t know why anybody would have a trust account.

This is all making sense now that you say was formerly MCS Group. Out of the blue, this Cargolocity started calling me, like every single day. Luckily, I checked out their credit before ever answering their phone calls. Once I saw how alarming their credit score was, I never did answer any of their calls. After about 2 months, they stopped calling!

This company is currently very aggressive in calling to book loads. Not taking "COD" for an answer. Calling after hours to try and get freight picked up next day first thing. I knew exactly who they were (because of this forum) when they called us. Just a caution to carriers out there...

They started calling me again too. I don't know if they have Loadlink or not, but they called me on a lane I have never posted and never will. Don't know why they thought to call me...unless they were grasping at straws. Not sure what to think of it, actually.

Watchdog - I assume you did business with these "misfit toys" BEFORE seeing these threads. As there are a few on Cargolocity. If you are stuck with monies owed - go right to the customer - don't even wait. You'll never get paid...
