Any information on this carrier? Depending on using them but the reviews on google show they dont pay other carriers and double broker?

DO NOT USE Caramex Logistics inc.
Unreliable!!!!! I gave them a 3rd chance and always the same story with them. They book a load to Pick up at 5h00 pm and send an email at 5h30 to tell us to recover the load with someone else. Don't waste your time with them.

Its been 6 months they are more likely than not still the same.. I just checked their google reviews seems like they are still up to their same old antics just check the most recent ones. Use at your own risk, wouldn't want to lose a customer over it

A little update, used them for an LTL load from Quebec to Alberta & OH MY GOD. Delay after delay. It was like pulling teeth to get answers out of them. My shipment has been delayed by 2 days and all they can say is "sorry another shipment got delayed due to the other delivery".

I've given them several shipments over the last year... Always the same thing!! .... Driver is late, finally picks up, then the truck breaks down and it ends up delivering a week late from the appt..... Do not use!!
