Ex owner op of ours, started his own business. Does work for us, no issues but I might be bias as his ex employer.

Both brothers worked for us as Owner Ops. Great guys both of them. We give them freight and they do a great job.

Gave them a semi hot skid Friday at 11.30 am (verbal dispatch as truck on his way 10 minutes away) for pick and delivery today in Guelph. Called this morning for delivery eta and they did not pick it up as the truck broke down??? No calls emails nothing.
Lukasz did end up picking up the skid on Tuesday and delivered it today when his truck was up and running and for that I will give them another shot. I have explained that my issue was that he did not let me know that he had an issue so that I could try and overcome it before it becomes a bigger issue with PO'ed customers. New company and in the end he did what he said after the first mistake and I do believe he will be okay in the long run.
