We moved a load Burnaby, BC to Niverville, MB in January this year - it was doors to a const site ... please let me know - their paymnet terms ar 45 days so wiating on that - thanks

They were caught double brokering few of our shipments but we were able to catch it in transit so the carrier who actually hauled it was able to get paid.

So we hauled one load for them - got paid ... about 6 months ago ... now they are asking for the original POD - I believe that is ours to keep corrcet as we hauled the laod .... any advise? Why would they need that when the entire market works on emailing POD's - cheers

away to delay payment... Emails are fine and who ever has the original BOL owns the invoices..

We were recently advised that they were attempting to sell one of our loads to a carrier (did not have capacity that week) that we use on a certain lane. Our regular carrier advised that they had posted our load under YK Freight on Loadlink.

Thanks to our regular carrier, we were able to cancel Candid Haulers and give it to another carrier that we have a history with. They are on our DNU List.

Checking on SAFER - Candid Haulers Ltd has two MC# and two addresses one as a broker and one as a carrier .... phone number is the same... so how are two companies registered under the SAME name with diff addresses...I thought you couldn;t duplicate a name - am I msising something

I see them as;
Candid Haulers - MC1153738 - Authorized Carrier
YK Freight - MC1354207 - Authorized Broker
Both legal companies, what they are doing that is not ethical is they are Soliciting Freight as Candid Haulers and then selling that same freight under YK Freight
