Candid Haulers

Today we were notified that Candid Haulers double brokered to Jace Trucklines Ltd and these ones were not paid. We did pay their factoring company in full (T Pine). The end carrier is now trying to get paid from consignee... Be aware.
 
Stay away from this company. Hauled a load for them and when their net 60 was up we followed up on payment. Candid said they hadn't received any paperwork even though we had proof of documents being sent. They started the net 60 off the date we resubmitted paper work which is now 2 weeks past due and they say a cheque won't be processed for a few more weeks.
 
anyone know if DMJ transport ( logistics ) is affiliated ? i had a carrier just advise they are part of Candid Haulers , but can not verify at this time
 
Received a call today from a carrier that was double brokered one of our loads. We tendered to Candid Haulers, and the carrier received it from YK Freighways. Carrier was never paid. Be aware!

The owner of both companies is Piyush Jain. The whole Jain family is a fraud. Shifali jain is his sister and his wife who is harman jain is involved as well.



They put countless fake reviews in their businesses. Currently they are running YK Canada Imigration services in unit 228 55 w

Westwinds NE Calgary, AB. Read the reviews for YK Canada Imigration Services on Google. Many of the accounts that reviewed YK Canada Imigration Services also put five star reviews for candid haulers and also yk freightways inc.



YK Canada Immigration Services already took their instagram videos and account down as harman jain used to be in their videos. I have screenshotted photo of her if you'd like I could send it.



Maybe we should all get the local media involved to expose these frauds. If eberyone can forward their outstanding invoices. I can also try reporting them to fraud department. They haven't paid their carriers, but they also haven't paid utility companies that did work for them and also they haven't paid their employees before shutting down both yk freightways inc and candid haulers.



Their current email is info@ykimmigration.ca. there new phone number is 403-293-0364.



They keep putting fake 5 star reviews. Please leave a review exposing these frauds."

If you rely solely on Google reviews to determine if they are a good company to do business with then you are going to disappointed more often than pleased.

It is a/one tool, but you need to do a lot more due diligence than Google reviews to protect yourself. If this is your beef, take it up with Google so that they can investigate the person with multiple accounts causing their data to be unreliable. You may have a lot more benefit there if they identify these liars and pull all their google reviews.

Personally it's nice that you can see what else they've reviewed and determine if they're legit or just friends/family. Also nice to see who reviewed a lot of trucking companies oh say in Feb of last year.

Back when we used them the market was hot - they were obviously double brokering at high volume because our bills were all paid. I guess they got to the point where eventually not paying anyone would get them a huge chunk of change in their own pockets. I assume this was their main intention from the start
