Still owed for a bounced cheque from these chuckleheads. Any dis-gruntled x-employees/associates out there?

Could really use some help enforcing a judgement.

Thanks

Like we have told you before, you guys fixed a trailer that was not owned by Canadian Specialized. It is owned by a totally seperate company out of London.

You guys need to go and pick up their trailer until your bill is paid. I can give you a phone number for a bailiff that can help you get that trailer.

So why bounce a cheque for the work? The cheque is from Canadian Specialized and so is the court judgement. No mistake there or no response from the claim. We have a judgement on the other as well, but now it's personal.

Why don't you go to the courts and call them in for a debtor examination. You can get all the information like banking, what they own and even you can put a lein on the truck(if they own it). All you have to do is a request to clerk and tick off examination. Then you go to notice of examination and fill in the blanks. The court will give you a date and then you will have to serve him with the documents. Good way to find out alot of information and make use of your judgement.

Thanks, but is this before or after judgement is issued? Just read up on it, very interesting tool. Thanks for your help.

The cheque did not bounce - we had put a stop payment on it. That is all because the carrier who got the trailer fixed from you did not pay us.

We were ready to get you your money if you had done it the right way and we could've gotten you their trailer. But you guys chose to hurt us when we were just trying to help the stuck carrier who had our freight on his trailer. And at the same time negotiate with them to get you paid.

Why would I pay $6000 repairs on a trailer that is not even ours?

Now, lets not make up stuff. Not only did we not get paid (NSF clearly stamped) but the trailer owner did not get paid from you people either. The judgement is against you and we will be enforcing it. Check your fax machine.

He did not get paid because we had to hire a crane from Thunder Bay to go into Dryden and lift 62000 lbs of pipe off the trailer and send it to SK.

I tried to help you guys get your money from those guys - but your threatning ways neither impress or scare me.

Actually it was a hardware store hi-bob from across the street from us. Remember, this all happened on my property.

This forum is to report non-payers, and that's what we did. We have the NSF cheque and the court judgment as proof that Canadian Specialized doesn't pay their bills.

And it has been reported...enough said.

Geech and Flatbeder007 - please handle your matter via PM or contact each other directly off the forum. I hope you can resolve your complex issue.

Thank you
