Did 1 load for us Flatbed LTL from MTL to BC. Driver apparently hurt himself strapping down another partial in Thunder bay and was hospitalized which stopped the truck for a couple days. It then got up and running and went ok from there. I know stuff happens but I never got a call informing me of the situation until I called later the next day to see how things were making out. I would probably use again as a secondary choice
I have never used them but make sure you stay away from Canadian Road Carrier aka CRC.
These guys are horrible and will lie through their teeth. They will tell you something is delivered when it is still 2 days away or not even picked up.

How do you know?
If you haven't used them how do you know, I have used them on 1 load they did a fine job, Randy is an allright guy.

I used to deal with Randy all the time when I was brokering, never an issue with any of the freight he hailed for me.
Now he even shares extra freight with me at my new company when he can't cover it...
