So in a nutshell, there is no way around doing what we have been doing unless we open a US fleet and hire a US driver, as @Fr8Guru mentioned above or Is there any ?

That is correct.
ADDED ... technically, you only need to hire a U.S. driver, or Native American. Your IRP plates will let your equipment do it without any issue.
