Can’t access alerts.

As I am completely useless with new technology, I can’t determine if this problem is on my system or is on Inside Transport. I have 2 alerts showing at the ”bell” alerts icon. When I click onto them, a message pops up saying “Opps, we ran into some problems. A server error occurred, try again later”. It has been like this for a couple of days. Any suggestions? Yes, I have done the famous, “unplug it and plug it back in” .

Probably like just about everything right now. A worldwide shortage of alerts. Anticipate supply issues into Q2 of 2022.

Hi all.....i'm still not able to access the alerts or even my own profile. Any idea ADMIN when this will be fixed?

It's been going on for a while. I've got some alerts and have no idea what they are...
Isn't the first step in IT to turn it off and back on again?? Admin?
