Any recent payment info on this company?

I am awaiting payment for two invoices over 75 days.
 
haven't worked with them much lately, but did quite a bit in the past. no problems. fair people to work with...a little slow in paying though.
 
I keep getting voice mail. They told me a cheque was being mailed on July 17th and I haven't seen anything yet. It's for an April invoice.:(

Do you have a name and email address? Definitely isn't answering the phone.
 
I received my payment by mail today from this company.

Invoice is 84 days old.

Cheque is dated July 16. Same day I called and spoke to the "Sean" that some of the other posters on this thread were singing the praises of. Pitney Bowes machine printed postage stamp has date of July 21. Envelope was postmarked July 30.

Looks like they tend to sit on their cheques for a couple of weeks to let them 'season' before sending them out.

If your invoice is older than mine, call and speak to Sean, it seemed to help me.
 
Called again and was directed to a different person. Said the cheque was mailed so keeping my fingers crossed. Very frustrating.:(
 
Must have done your cheque the same day as ours;) I did receive it in today's mail but over 90 days from invoice date is not great.
 
That's what I like about this site! Great insight to help prevent others from experiencing the same frustrations.:)
