They were McCains loads so I contact Day and Ross who are the Logistics end of McCains I am told.
The did pay us 3600.00 over the last two weeks, after my the emails I sent them details the steps I would go to (all legal) to get paid, but they still owe is $7200.00/
Obviously, they are on Pre pay only or DNU now.
Interesting.
Day and Ross probably gave those to the "asset" side Business Porters and it was double brokered out. Mccains / Day and Ross are most definitely connected.
Hopefully you are able to get the rest of your funds.
Mccains owns Day & Ross, its a well known.
If memory serves me right D&R was their main carrier for decades and then they turned around and bought them. McCain still uses other carriers independently from D&R. Not sure if this is the case in this situation however.
As far back as i can remember Dash and Crash has been owned by the McCain family.

If you have any loads owed by Business Porters and they are indeed Mccain loads it would be best to email here [email protected] and attach them a copy of your invoice along with paperwork to sort out they should take care of you.

Funny one of my customers sent me an email today, BP Expedite was soliciting them. Found it strange I had never heard of them before...Noticed they said they were a TIA Member, and couldn't find them on the Member Lookup as we are members. I did advise the TIA, they are using the Logo Illegally.

Go ask around to anyone. They are double brokering, not paying carriers, and back soliciting. They are also parking at random yards and not paying for the rent either they are in SHAMBLES
Are you speaking about Business Porter or BP Expedite? We have yet to confirm if they are the same.

Business Porters and BP Expedite are the same company.
How do I know this?
1.) They were posting on the link and had their business porters email in the link
2.) The yard they currently park at has the logos on it off 410 And DIXIE near MAYFIELD
3.) I know their insurance broker personally.
Believe it or don't its your business and your job on the line when they screw you
