stay away from this broker , did 3 loads confirming COD or quick pay option , not picking calls or replying to emails now
they are posting Kruger Loads now from Memphis TN - Trenton . feel like they have their own warehouse in Trenton , they get deliveries @ that address and then later deliver to Kruger themselves .

Yea, Goldy is King Air...dealt with him in my past life, still in transportation though. Wouldn't give him freight again, id rather lose the customer then deal with his bs lol. I am not going to go on a rant. Just trust me.

They were McCains loads so I contact Day and Ross who are the Logistics end of McCains I am told.

The did pay us 3600.00 over the last two weeks, after my the emails I sent them details the steps I would go to (all legal) to get paid, but they still owe is $7200.00/

Obviously, they are on Pre pay only or DNU now.

The owe us for 3 invoices 90 to 120 days. Bounced a post dated cheque, then when I put the heat on, the transfered $1000.00 to our account. Putting in a complaint with Load Link and Dat, especially on the bounced cheque part.

I would suggest everything who they owe money to do the same. If they have 3 complaints at Load Link, they say they will remove them. Dat does not fool around like load link.

Contacting the customer as well.

Big thieves will not pay if dont get chance then put unnecessarily fines of 1600 in load of 5000 and their shipper saying we never asked for any fine.

Funny VIJ is posting about not getting paid! This assho;e scammed us and many other Carriers as he doubled brokered loads, got paid and hasn't paid the Carriers! I have an outstanding invoice from November from VIJ LDH that he won't pay. Collections and a civil suite now, shippers and receivers have been notified as well as original broker. VIJ is a professional scammer. Karma works wonders!

Still have not been paid by Business Porters. Shows on google their head office permanently closed. Any news on these people would be appreciated.
