Burlington Skyway Crash - Driver Pleads "Not Guilty"

Wow, there's a slap on the wrist. The inadmissibility of breath tests is really a shame...
We all know what happened. What if he had killed people on the road driving drunk, he easily could have that day...

Well ... 3 years of not being able to work in your profession is pretty much a death sentence.

The only thing we'd accomplish by jailing him more is that it would cost the taxpayers a bunch more money. Hopefully he learns his lesson.

once a drunk driver...always a drunk driver. I have seen time and time again these people commit repeat offences until a real tragedy occurs. I hope he is the exception to the rule. I see he was convicted in 2008 of DUI also.
