Hello All.

Any info , good or bad as a carrier.

Thinking of using them

I have done 3 loads with them between Sept and Dec of 2015 without any issues to report. 2 loads were inbound to ON, one to SK. We are showing them based out of Regina SK in our system. Ravi was the dispatcher we dealt with.
 
Yes that is correct.
Just get a little worried when I see, based out of Regina, a (647) Phone # and a Hotmail account. lol

FYI. I never ending up using them. After I sent over the load conf, they called to tell me driver was sick and not going to be there.
I guess in all fairness, they did give me a heads up, rather than wait to tell me the day of pick up.
 
We gave this carrier a load for the first time last week. Day of delivery they contacted us and told us that they want payment now before delivery. A lot of back and forth ensued and we agreed to pay them with QP upon delivery. Driver went in, was given a dock and then had the BOL signed to send us the POD, they emailed and told us it was delivered and we sent payment. The receiver called stating that the driver had pulled forward from the dock and they couldn't unload him. They refused to have the driver back to the door until they received the EFT even though we had sent them the proof of transfer, etc.

We have never done business with this carrier so there was no receivables that they were trying to recover. I guess this is just their new way of doing business. Buyer beware.

Yes, we did...it was Bullet Express. Their owner called me this morning asking me to take the Freight Guard down stating he wouldn't have done that but he thought we were a company out of TX with a similar name...I don't buy it.
