We got two outstanding invoices; one of those aging for 75 days. They fail to communicate via email nor respond to factoring companies.

How sure are you about this double brokering allegation? I have 4 shipments with them in the preceeding 75 days. I'll be auditing closely the paperwork provided by them, thank you.
