Still Chasing Brymag....

Has anyone been successful getting money out of Brymag lately? Still owe $1200 from February. Have been told to deal with Bryan Nagyar (Controller) - he never returns calls. I was given 3 cheque run dates - the last conversation with Bryan was a cheque being done May 30th. Nothing has transpired. Controller or A/P straight to voicemail - no one picks up extensions.....
 
Brymag or others who don't return calls

Don't fool around with people who don't return calls - call their customer!!!!!!!
 
We Had The Same Problem With Brymag $550 Cdn. We Have To Send Him Collection Letter And Finally He Paid Us After 120 Days.
 
Just left Bryan Nagyar a scathing message - will collect from the customer and emailed Link this afternoon. Hope they shut him down. More work than it is worth - which is usually the way it goes with these delinquents....
 
I got the Link involved - they are going back and forth with Bryan (son) and myself trying to get our payable resolved. They are still answering the phone so that means they are operating. Their agent in Toronto tried to book another load with us beginning of the week - he was told "no" due to credit reasons - didn't put up an argument or anything so he is aware of the problems in MTL and with Brymag as a whole. Will see what Bryan answers today to Link - he assured a reply today on his part.
 
Finally got cheque from Brymag - 120 days - cheque was dated May 15. Link helped with this - took Brymag off until invoice was paid. If there are more of you with invoices still open hopefully the matter should be resolved soon.
 
I am still having problems collecting from a Jan invoice, can't get a hold of anyone that will help at all, I sent an e-mail today again, have sent e-mails to owner/owners father, sent an e-mail to link but nothing, and they are still active on the link.
It was a load from there dock in Dorval to Markham so I can't go after there customer on there own BOL.
Looks like I will have to go to Dorval and make a visit.
If anyone else is still owed money please send another complaint to link.

Jane was my contact at Link - she took Brymag off until I was paid. Email her - she was very nice and helpful - let her know they aren't paying AGAIN and need to be taken off Link.

Seem to be up and running OK now. If you have a problem, let me know. I have a good rapport with them.
 
90 days and counting on that ltl I took. Still not responding to calls or emails.
 
Heard last night that the bank was walking into Brymag today to close and seize. Anybody hear anything?
