Does anybody have any dealings with Bro-Alb Express from Etobicoke ? We have posted ltl freight they have called us about,

Hi DWC,
We worked together in late 2009 and early 2010, pickup and delivery were all on time and communication with 'Rubi' was great.
Stopped using as they were carrying only $50k in cargo insurance, the bulk of our customers require more.

Just did a load for us, great communication through out.
Will definitely use again if we are able to match up on lanes in the future.

The carrier had been working with us since June 2024 and successfully handled loads through June 2025. However, following the completion of the last load, the carrier abruptly ceased all communication and stopped responding to our calls.
After conducting a thorough review, we discovered that the carrier had directly contacted our customer to solicit freight. This was subsequently confirmed by the shipper. Such actions constitute back solicitation and represent a clear violation of the terms outlined in our Broker-Carrier Agreement. DNU
