1800 lbs per pallet is heavy for a tuckaway, you need a railgate.
Manitoulin, Consolidated Fastfrate (intermodal), TST, D&R all do this lane, some of them go direct or interline with Comox Transport or Van Kam for the Metro Vancouver to Nanaimo move.
You need to make sure the final carrier can handle the pallet weight on the tailgate first and what drop at side of residence means -- uphill driveway?? Most times it is just curbside and the homeowner might slip the driver some cash to bring it closer to the house
If you bring it to Metro Vancouver, some of the smaller carriers that have 5-tons can also take it like Platinum and Nagra, but again check their max tailgate weight
