Wondering if anyone has any experiences with this carrier for intra Canada shipments?

Already having a hard time trying to communicate and getting a hold of the owner Harpreet.

Thinking that may be because he is A either driving the truck or B has a job he cannot answer calls at and the truck is a side gig being only one. Never dealt with them just noticed the one truck one driver.

No the owner was out and we could hear kids in the background, nothing wrong with that, but def had a driver, shipment was a day late and timings were all over the map.
