I won't be able to confirm this as it was at my last company but back in Feb, a carrier of the same name got pulled over at a weigh station hauling a B-Train of lumber. It got put out of service immediately for failing multiple points on the inspection, the big one being 8 tires were bald. We had to pay $5000 to get it transloaded at the weigh station and when we tried to recoup the some of the costs, the owner told us this ticket was going to bankrupt him.

Again, I can't confirm if this is the same carrier but the name was the exact same.
