Anyone else here have issues with this carrier? Late pick up, not picking up, lies, and attitude issue?

It's been since September since we worked with Randy (and Dawn). I was always happy with their service, i.e. orders with them didn't hit my desk...

Perhaps something has changed since then? Too bad...

All sounded good with them when the shipment was Orginally booked and I even paid them $100 more then they asked., but when I called for the ETA for pick up it went from 10:00 am to 13:00 to not until tomorrow to not sure if we can make a pick up now as the driver is still 300 miles away.

Use them for 4-6 shipments per month...and never had an issue.......

I've used them for several shipments including tradeshow pick ups and deliveries. no issues at all.

I have worked with Dawn and Randy for quite some time. Good Service and Communication.

use them all the time and never any major issues - only once we had a mix up with them, but otherwise very reliable
