Use them often, never have trouble. They do a lot of my BC to CA loads.

have had reasonable successes with Indy and BST - no major issues to report (loads I moved went well, would use again)

We use them all the time and they do a good job. You will need to do your follow up (they aren't proactive in that regard) but we have never had a service failure with them. Indy is a good guy to deal with.
