DO NOT Deal with these guys, we should of never taken the order but we did.
These guys are a treat! Did local P & D for them, total nightmare.
Lied on order details, and then continued to lie lie lie.
We called the shipper to get to the bottom of it and the order was actually canceled on them the following day when they failed to pick up. Then found out they double brokered the order.
We have it all worked out now, everyone is happy but them lol even told me they are sending the cops over, I told them go ahead we did nothing wrong.
 
LOL...yes...cause they have that kind of clout with the cops!! All the posts on this site about the police NOT getting involved even when fraud is demonstrated and they can "send them over". LMAO...what a joke! Glad you worked everything out Diva!
 
This company is a Nightmare ! they took a load from us 3 weeks ago and confirmed delivery. We just found out they didn't even pick it up ( lucky enough our client wasn't in a rush ) and to top it off, we have our dispatch notes of them advising us from when it crossed, to will deliver in an hr to delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - THEY ALSO DO NOT ANSWER AND TRY TO BLAME THEIR SERVICE PROVIDER.

not worth the risk and hopefully this helps stop someone else getting burned by this company.
 
How the hell is Bell and Bob still in business this long?

On a sidenote, someone posted a video of their equipment on YouTube:

I had an order come in late Friday from California inbound. I didn't think I really had a shot in moving it, but posted it, and Jerry from Bell & Bob called. I didn't have a good feeling about him because what I've read on this forum ... but honestly it was my only shot, so I agreed to overpay them for the load. I then find out the load is bonded, I thought with an authority that under SAFER shows 2 trucks, no way he was bonded. But he replies yes, asks for $500 for the bond! I thought that was stupid but because of the timing, I ran it by my customer and hey, they were stuck, so they agreed to it. Under normal circumstances, I'd tell him to pound salt.

Anyway, he never follows up with the dispatch and after me giving him 3 shots to be straight up with me, he stops answering my calls.

My guess is that he was trying to double broker it. So he's dead in my eyes.
 
We need to all come up with a way of putting these guys out of business and don't get stung....

Can't we start a flash post sort of thing where we all post DNU carrier name under there name at the same time and date.. lol (would get a lot of attention I'm sure)

Horibble service

This guy is a huge douche bag! He was to pick up on a friday for me to deliver in cali for monday am, he never showed up for the pickup and never answered his phone. Needless to say I blew up his email and phone.....stay away!

According to a bulletin released today from the NTBA, Bell and Bob Transport has been removed from the Link Logistic board. A spokesperson for Link Logistics says they had only one previous complaint and that it had been investigated and settled to all parties satisfaction. From this thread, I would have thought they had received many more complaints.
 
Bell & Bob - JERRY HUNDAL

This man is bad news. I have direct evidence of him double brokering and not paying the actual carrier (bills of lading, dispatch from Bell & Bob, unpaid carrier invoice).
Quite frankly, I dont think I have ever seen a more dishonest and unethical company as Bell & Bob.
