Anyone ever heard of Baxter Bailey? A gentleman called me today saying he worked with a collection agency. He is trying to get me to pay for an invoice that is not mine. I have never even heard of the carrier . Very aggressive collection so i hung up on him.
 
I get emails from them a few times a week... they're an American legal service and collections company specializing in transportation. They have a list of nonpaying brokers they circulate.

Well known, large US collection agency that specializes in transportation. You noticed they were aggressive??? That is probably what they are best known for. Add another "first" to your transport experience Henry.

Reasoning with him didn't work out. He is waiting his time since the invoice isn't mine. I found out he isn't licenced to do collections in Ontario.
