Be careful with these guys, make sure who you are dealing with is legit. Received this awhile ago.

If any person or any other company claims that he/she or their company is linked with Flinkfreight Logistics or their company is a subsidiary of Flinkfreight Logistics, we are here to inform you that Flinkfreight Logistics is a Sole Proprietorship and not associated with any other company or any person.



However, we have already advised that the company has terminated the following three employees from service, effective from April 1, 2024:...

@Waqar- I take it you were terminated for corruption from Flink Freight as the attached link suggests? Could this be why BAK and you are being sued? Is any of this true?

@Whitie I believe you are mistaken, the employee's last name in your attached link is different and i have no connection with the mentioned company.

@Waqar Are you saying that Flink Freight operating as 2481146 Ontario Inc did not sue BAK operating under 12881241 Canada Inc for 6 figures? You seem to know who Kyun Soo Park is. Do you also use the name Waqar Malik? This seems to be a giant coincidence. What is your physical address?
 
Oh no. I hate to have to add another name that these people are involved with.
Protobak Corp. Funny, same home address 5025 Salishan Cir Mississauga and another ops manager Manpreet Singh.
What is the significance of the letters BAK, which seem to be included in each company name?

Yep you better have your poop in a group you want to mess with this bunch. CRA cannot find driver inc companies with 75k employees yet a few of our members have family history on shady outfits in 15 minutes or less. We are a resourceful bunch.
