B & N Transport - Scam

Has anyone had any dealings with a company pretending to be B & N Transport out of California, but working from a Montreal office?

We believe this person is using their paperwork and cover info to book loads at a higher rate that they are getting and not paying the carrier.

The loads they are moving are multiple drops into the California area from Toronto.

If you have taken a load in the last week fitting this description, please let us know as we are trying to make sure the carrier which hauled this load gets paid.

BN Transport Inc.

We gave a load to BN Transport Inc. (Harry Tenold). He did answer his phone once this morning (9:30am) but hasn't delivered our freight yet. We have tried texting, e-mailing and calling yet no answer. If anyone has information please reply....we will be filling a report with the police tomorrow as this company has used an MC number which is not theirs.
 
This is the exact same problem. He answered and hung up immediately.

We have a licesnce # and driver name, but are waiting for Hamilton police to call us back so we can find out who picked up the shipment.

We don't know yet if he is double brokering the freight or stealing it...

Can someone please post all the information pertaining to this company (owner name/phone/fax/address).

Is it BN Transport or B & N Transport?

This would be useful information to pass onto all our dispatchers to be "aware" of this company name.

BN Transport

They are using BN Transport and/or B & N Transport information.

They are saying the head office is out of California, but operating from their Montreal office.

He is going under the name Harry ( Harold ) Tenold

We have the pick up drivers name in our case as Marcus Frapier.
( signed at time of pick up and is probably either a ficticious name or the carrier the load was sold to's name )

We have been in contact with Link about this as they are using the insurance and authorities of a legitimate company based out of California.

Unfortunately, we do not know what name they are booking the freight with the carriers under at this point.

If anyone has picked up a load with drops in Denver and California in the last few days, please message me as you might have the load we are looking for. Product is flooring/ kitchen materials.

we have reason to believe this person is the company that has picked up one of the missing loads.
 
Carrier name

Don't have them in my system, but if you look on google maps it's a residential area (nice houses too).

Doesn't look too good.

A google search for the numbered company shows a contact of "Paulo Richer". No phone number as it was an expired ad looking for drivers.
Perhaps the name will ring some bells...?

The address shows a phone # for Anick Pellerin
819-357-1586...

This guy is also using the company names

Clark Transport
Track Transport.

He actually just called us with cell 438-876-7968 and said his toll free is 888 869 2793. Using the name Richard.
