We cut them off a couple of years ago for taking too long to pay, the last one our dispatchers harassed them because they where giving AR a hard time.

they expect you to finance their operations- there are better brokers out there who pay within terms

That's the nice thing about this market, how long does it take you too pay? 45 to 50 days sorry we will take the next load.

they set up online submission for invoicing , sounded good , we will get paid faster , nope , always some issue and then it was 15 days past the old method first time out
74 days on the last one , 65, 71 , 73 for previous 3- thats with us calling 2-3 times - more than a year ago

Hi Ace, I handle the EFT payments for Axsun for the portal submissions and would like to make clear payments are done every Friday and payment is done from date of receipt. I checked the 4 loads you submitted using our portal and the payments were done 37, 40, 37, 40 days. Which makes an average of 38 days, not 60+ days as mentioned above.
