Same as Watchdog , payment in hand around 50 days. Done maybe 10 shipments over last 2 years.

Just had a 90 day on them. Left a couple of messages that went unanswered, finally got someone. I think he was GM. His first question was "was this your first load for us". Apparently, if they code something in their system wrong with a new carrier, payment is never triggered. (I want an accounting system like that).

Anyways, 7 days after I spoke to him, cheque arrived.
I don't know if I will try another load with them, but whoever this guy was, he made it happen.

If you cannot reach anyone at the accounts payable, please give me a call.
I will do my very best to proceed the payments ASAP as I'm trying to get this to 45 days max!! I'm working with all the people at the accounts payable to get things rolling faster
