Business just disolved afterwards.
 
Sorry to here that, His company owns my company money. Best wishes to his family and his friends but responsbilities dont just disappear.

Business had shut down well before his death. Became a wine distributor based in Uxbridge, and apparently fell down the basement stairs in his home and suffered fatal injuries.
