Anyone have experience with Aveon Freight Systems Inc? They are not returning calls and have not paid invoice from March.

We have only used Aveon as a carrier.
32 loads completed in 2023
Service-wise they must be doing something right, but unfortunately cannot speak to their payables.
We do have different phone #s on file if it helps to reach them 905-819-6800 and 647-471-6865

Thank you. We will try those.
 
we did three load for them and its been 5 months but no payment on that. Seems like they have closed out. no response on any number.
we are reaching to shipper and receivers to request payment on it.
 
I see that their operating license as a carrier was revoked by the FMCSA last month.

They have gone out of business. I believe most of their freight was double brokered so you may have a chance to collect from the brokers direct.
 
yup, can confirm that as well. TFI is also taking legal action supposedly a lot of the shipments were double brokered through them. Check your BOLs to see if it's not one of them and give them a call.

I believe craler was the main broker they were using

One of their shippers got back to me and said they paid Aveon factoring company and nothing can be done for us to be paid by them directly.

Any feedback to what we should do?

Aveon also turned into a ghost and FCMSA shows not authorized.

That shipper made a mistake.

They admitted they paid which means they are liable for the freight bill to you.

It is a drawn our process involving courts but you can get your money now that you know the shipper paid the bill.

We have done 3 loads for them in 2023

NO RESPONSE on Calls, Emails .. tried all Numbers

Sent a complaint to Loadlink, so their Double Brokering can be HALTED and some fellow carriers can be protected
