Avec insurance

Has anybody dealt with Avec Insurance? Is there anything to worry about regarding the paying of cargo claims?

Hi Bigt

I had Avec as my cargo insurance company. In two years had 3 claims, one was small something like 5-6000$, had one at 15k and one at 63k. All Denied!!!! Would never use them again, I only tried it because of the difference in annual savings and that my insurance agent recommended them as well. Didn't end up saving anything when I had to pay out those claims out of my pocket.

That's a very broad statement> care to expound a bit on the claims and as to why Avec denied them.
