Well this was based on my last load with them 4 months ago where they we're having issues and I got the information from a dispatcher who had to leave because he was not being paid on time.

Then this article came out from court:

But I am glad to hear other people are having normal experiences now.

The Spergel documents look like it was a voluntary bankruptcy order signed by the President Gurvir Singh. See page 26 and 43 of the documents. This was for 2310868 Ontario Inc. o/a Autobot Transport in January 2025.

Maybe they found a way or had another company on the books and created a new company called 1502425 ONTARIO INC and they call it Autobot?
