Customs Transport is a legitimate company out of Manitoba. We have been contacted by a person calling themselves Larry Hill of Customs Transport asking about our load going from Montreal to Moncton. He said he had a truck stuck he was trying to get home, this sounded fishy as Moncton seems to be the wrong direction. After contacting the "Real" Larry at Customs transport, he said he did have a truck he was trying to get home and someone had contacted him that morning, he had sent over his insurance package but never heard back. This "Larry Hill" then tried to email us the insurance package he had gotten earlier in the day. He also had trouble knowing his fax number, and all the other suspicous things.
I would like to restate that Customs Transport IS a legitimate company, so beware!!!! The easiest way to tell them apart is that if you call the real Customs Transport they answer the phone saying "Customs Tranport". This theif has a cell phone that requires you to state your name before he will answer it, and he won't answer if he doesn't know you. Thanks
