How about a garbage scow crackdown you know something with teeth not lets grab Billy the 21 yr old kid trying to start a landscaping company for a summer job because his F150 with a 14ft tag along does not have a CVOR. Yes rules are rules but why oh why do they never go after the junk that we all see daily?
